We offer excellent solutions with flexible and customized production.
Our production process is flexible to changes and the production quantities in serial production can vary greatly according to the wishes of the customers. Our production process is very well suited for varying production quantities (1-10,000 pcs). This is Finnradiator’s specialty. The quality level of coolers can be measured very precisely already during the production phase.
Part production
Our part production is very versatile, including modern production machinery and highly multi-skilled and experienced personnel. Our production is very flexible and enables changes to the production plan even in days if necessary.
Prototypes
The aim is to produce the prototypes very quickly after the design is completed. Preliminary planning can be done in a couple of days thanks to local implementation, if the initial values we receive from the customer contain all the necessary information.
Local planning enables fast and expert service for all customer needs.
Our production methods help prototype costs to be at a very low level.
Measurement and testing
Our company’s philosophy is essentially about delivering flawless products to customers.
Every product is leak tested before finishing and we do not allow even the slightest leak. The correct geometry is verified with calibrated measuring devices during manufacturing.
If necessary, we can perform vibration testing, power testing and wind tunnel testing with our partners if the customer so wishes.
