Customer Satisfaction Survey 2009 (finnish customers)

Customer satisfaction survey to Finnradiator's finnish customers is now finalized and results are available. Number of respondents was not as high as expected, only 37% of receivers responded.

General grade for Finnradiator's actions in 2009 was 3,25 (max 4). The grade was fairly good, though the previous grade (in 2007) was 3,27. Share of fully or fairly satisfied customers was as high as 84,4%. When the separate procedures were graded, the best grades (grade 4-5 in scale 1-5) Finnradiator received in sectors functionality of radiators/other products, clarity of paperwork (such as invoices etc.), actions of customer service, appearance of delivered product and accuracy of delivery. Pricing was named as a target for improvement, but also positive feedback was received regarding of pricing. 91,2 % of all respondents were ready to recommend Finnradiator.
